I believe the departure of Emilie will drive away a big chunk of the listeners in H365 because from what I have noticed she has been the most beloved DJ on H365 because of how she interacts with the listeners. #BringBackEmilie

Commenting on an individuals departure especially giving private or personal details to why they departed would be unprofessional and break confidentiality boundaries.

We hate losing any members of the team so it is always unfortunate when having to make informed decisions.

It would be wrong for Hive365 to allow an individual to remain on the team just because they are an exceptionally good DJ, who is loved by many and 'brings in the listeners'. To this we concur, Emilie is loved and her shows are enjoyed by many.

Please understand that on occassions, Hive365 have a duty to protect all individual team members and not only from the 'wrath of the dashboard' - this is why we clearly state an 18+ policy. There may also be other contributing factors that we will not disclose for the above reasons.

Emilie is more than welcome to remain part of the Hive365 community and has been advised to re-apply as a presenter at a later date.

Thank you for your support and understanding.
